I know this site is about dead, but there is no information anywhere I can find on what happened to Cooper. I hope he hasn't torn his ACL again or has any other serious injury for that matter. We will be left with only Bradford at PG. This will doom us come conference play. Not that he is playing bad, he is playing pretty good, just that we need more than one inexperienced PG to be a serious contender. Id love to be wrong, but Id also like for Cooper to be back. He was playing pretty well. Looks like the team is starting to play better, but I am scared to see the Carolina game Sunday. That might be real ugly.

He's out for the year with a torn ACL. Yep, we are in pretty bad shape.

That was the one position we could ill afford to lose someone. It burns me up, we have a team that is built for the Big South, for once, and we now have one point guard. That's two ACL's for Cooper, Im gonna guess he is about done. Not that he cant come back, but when these injuries keep occurring, they seem to keep occurring. We need to hit the recruiting trail hard and hope Carlik Jones is ready to play next year.

We are ok. Probably not the same without cooper but still in good shape nonetheless. I was crushed after the Akron Game, because that was one of the worst performances I've witnessed, and worried if we had hit Byron Samuels 'bad.' But we are showing the ability to grow, learn, and improve. If we keep improving at this rate, who kmows? Looking forward to the unc game, if we can hang, then look out. The Big South is wide open

I was worried about Byron Samuels bad too, but we have rebounded nicely. Bolstad coming back has had a lot to do with it, along with Polite getting healthy and playing like himself. I think we still have a problem on the offensive end. Defense has been respectable to good in about every game. I think Bradford will have trouble with the ball vs Carolina and we will struggle to score. Cooper was slick with the ball, and like Davis could handle it against anyone. Even RJ Price early in his career had ball handling troubles against the power teams. I dont think we will be able to hang much with Carolina, but who knows. On the other hand, Bradford could have a hell of a game scoring the ball. You can see from his JUCO #s he can score. It deflates me losing Cooper, but it is still exciting seeing the young guys step up. Donald Hicks has played very well, what a get by this staff. Caleb Tanner is becoming more than just a shooter, has been more of a complete scorer. Bolstad could come on strong and be all conference, there is a lot to like about this team. I think Holland will match up good in conference. What is the deal with Domonique Williams? Could always use a little more help.
