anybody still on here? anyways, any opinions on why RU hired a Director of Basketball Operations that graduated undergrad just 2 months ago? Is this guy a genius or something? Wow, seems like they would get somebody w/ experience.

Why would that surprise you? RU hired a head coach who has never called a time out or set up a play at an important moment in any game ever!

Its good to see panfan spreading the landscaping love here as well.
My guess is Greenberg just wanted someone who knew the players and infrastructure.

Some directors of bb operations are young, especially in the mid-major ranks.
Frankly, i like the staff hired by greenberg. And I think Greenberg will do a very good job @ Radford. He's made the right moves and said the right things so far.

yeah im loving everything hes done so far. the dir of bb move just caught me off guard though. im really impressed by all of the players he brought in, in such a short time period also. i cant wait for bball season.
