Presbyterian will be coming to town fresh off their first road win of the season where they beat Jacksonville St from the OVC. They also host G Webb on Tuesday while we are off till Thursday. I'd like this game to be over with by half time and get our guys ready for the battle for first place on Saturday.

Battle for First place on Saturday? Are you assuming Coastal is going to lose their final two games to open up the door for us? They have to play VMI and Liberty still. I could see them losing to Liberty but I doubt VMI beats them.

that brings up an interesting question, one that probably has been answered on this board before in another thread. say radford DID go 2-0 and Coastal lost out and both teams finish 13-5 in BSC...what would be the tiebreaker with a season split? and then of course there would be the possibility of a 3 way tie with winthrop at 13-5, with RU having tiebreak over them? does anyone know how it works?

If it's a 3-way tie at 13-5, the RU would get the #1 seed (since they's be 3-1 in the head-to-head against Coastal+Winthrop, CCU would be 2-2, and WU would be 1-3).
If it's a 2-way tie between you guys and Coastal at 13-5, you guys would be the #1 seed as long as WU finishes higher than UNCA...because the tiebreaker after head-to-head if the two teams split their meetings is to move down the standings and compare how each team did against the 3rd place team. If one team has the edge they win the tiebreaker...if it's the same, you keep moving down the standings. So if you two were tied for first and WU is in third, you guys would win the tiebreaker (since you guys would be 2-0 against WU, and Coastal would be 1-1). If UNCA finishes third, then Coastal wins the tiebreaker (they swept the Bulldogs, and you guys went 1-1 against them).

Alright, here is who I am rooting for tonight.
RU VMI High Point Liberty
The biggest game for me other than ours is the VMI game. I want to play them in the first round. Unless Coastal just falls apart and we can sneak into the number 1 spot.

Greek life doesn't have to go then. What's the situation? If we win and Coastal loses we're in first going into the tourny?

anything less than a 10 pt win will not be acceptable entering bsc tourney time.
pretty sure coastal needs to lose both and we win both for us to be #1
