Really poor end of game execution. Just like JMU. Got to play smarter.

Deserve to lose. Come out slow at home. Art misses 6 free throws. 19 turnovers. RU has to get it together.

yeah, good teams can make a comeback, but good teams don't go down 16 at home in the biggest game of the year.

And really wish we could hit a few more free throws. We will continue to lose close games until we can hit from the charity stripe. Damn Damn Damn

Well, that one stings. What a great game to watch live though. Crowd was great, lots of energy. Coastal is a really talented team that plays very well together and hits a lot of pretty shots. They will represent the Big South well if they make it to the tournament. It was really impressive to watch our guys fight back against such a good team. Great game until the last play.

Just saw the video, does not look like too many people are there yet. Late arriving crowd I guess. Was there a buzz around town or campus about the game tonight? I was at BT's beforehand and some of the kids left about the same time I did to go to the game. That first vid was a good 25 minutes before the game, it was the warmups before the shootaround. The kids filled up the main bleachers well, not so much the end bleachers. Blue seats weren't very full, like usual. I bought tickets to the blue seats but went to the bleachers. Like old times.

no PEP band? thats why we lost... I'm trying to figure out the context of your comment. Are you taking a shot at me being pissed that there was no pep band? Nope, I will refrain from my response.

we (pep band) couldnt go cause the music department is hosting the Intercollegiate Band right now. I got mad at Michelle (pep band conductor) for us not going though

I'm glad you took a stand on this. The pep band should be at all home games. The fans just weren't much of an impact and the band does a lot to keep them in the game. And it is important. Let me know when you watch a Division 1 game and not see a band. I doubt you will (except at Radford).
