It’s early, but better energy and focus this far. 20-18 Highs, 8 minutes to go 1st half.

Starting to take control. Eke really inspiring with the little things. On a 10-0 run. Up 46-37 at the 16 minute mark

Glad to get back on track. Hampton is always dangerous because of their ability to score. I am really concerned at this point there has been no one else really stepping up in the scoring department. Hicks has his games, Travis has been fine and Carlik is awesome. But no one else can really create their own shot. We are fighting an uphill battle unless someone steps up soon. I was hoping Green would be it, but he has cooled off. I was hoping Walker would be the guy, but doesnt seem to be at this point. We do play good defense most of the time, and we can beat anybody in the conference on any given night. But to win a championship, someone else is going to have to be a playmaker. It could happen, if anybody remembers Chris Mceachin, he came on late in his sophomore year and we won a title to which he was a big help. There is a long ways to go and a basketball team can evolve a lot by then. Just gotta keep plugging away. And I miss Ed Polite.
I did want to add that Eke has been pretty good. He plays hard and is scrappy. He has been an important piece so far.

Other than Carlik Jones and Travis Fields, no one else has really shown they are capable of taking the game into their own hands when needed. This is very concerning if one of these two gets into foul trouble which inevitably will happen at some point this season. Or Carlik just goes cold and we can't count on 20-30 points of offense. I honestly think Hicks and Eke can be that third guy, but they've got to get more consistent.

Hicks can put up a bunch of points in a hurry, but he hasnt been consistent as you said. I havent seen every game this year, but I was hoping for more out of Holland with this being his senior year. He has some offensive skills and I still think he can get it done, but its gonna have to be quick.

Maybe big Lou will be the guy. He's been a bit slowed by injury, hopefully he'll be 100% in the latter part of the season.
