Jevonte Green made his presence heard in his first summer league game with the Celtics. 2nd leading scorer for the team. Came off the bench to score 12. Here's what the NBA.com writer had to say about him:
Javonte Green Has Hops
I walked down to the court to watch the Celtics warm up before tip-off. One thing that immediately became very clear is that Javonte Green can JUMP!
Green, who is listed at 6-foot-4, was throwing himself alley-oops off the backboard for monster dunks during warm-ups. The dunk show continued after tip-off, as he threw down two loud slams during game action as well.
You may be watching these games to see Edwards, Grant Williams, Robert Williams and Tacko Fall, but don’t be surprised if this is the guy who makes your eyes pop.

The first NBA regular season game a Radford alumn has been suited up for is being aired right now on Espn! I'm watching intently in case he gets some burn! Was in the middle of posting about this yesterday but got interrupted. Id say this is one of the most important things to happen to this program. Obviously very happy for Green as I was a fan of his since his high school days. A little story; I watched the VHSL state tournament his senior year and thought if there was anyone I would want to go to Radford from the whole tourney, it would be Green. There was no recruiting buzz about him, nothing to really follow on the internet. Then Boom, RU announced that he had signed, I knew we had a chance at having a special player. The way he got off the floor as a high schooler was really second to none. His HS is a small public school of around 500 students, but they have produced some great basketball players. The most obvious is Bryant Stith who is UVA's all time leading scorer and played in the NBA for years. There was a McDonald's AA from there in the early 80's that went to NC State whos name escapes me. Darius Hargrove was a ESPN top 150 player at one point in the early 00's who went on to be the Div 2 player of the year at Virginia Union. Stith's sons recently finished up a career at ODU after going to Brunswick HS and playing with Green. Just an unbelievable amount of talent for a rural school that small. Just my opinion, but for RU to produce an NBA player is a hell of a testament to this program and Coach Jones. How many NBA players have come from the Big South? I can really only think of Reggie Williams from VMI. Jerome Kersey went to Longwood way back in the day, but they weren't in the conference then. I think this is hopefully just another step in building a great program. I couldn't be prouder of this staff and team. Look at the wins we have gotten since Coach Jones got here. It all started with Javonte Green. They both got here the same year. Beating the P5 teams that we have in the short period and having an NBA player sounded totally impossible 15 years ago. If the staff had not offered Green, he wouldn't have even played college basketball. I believe he was going to JMU to play football?

Scanning through Basketball-Reference's college search tool, here's the list of players I found that have played at least in one NBA game and also played for a Big South school (and during a time they were in the conference):
Julius Nwosu - Liberty (23 gms w/ the Spurs) Peter Aluma - Liberty (2 gms w/ the Kings) Seth Curry - Liberty, briefly (195 gms combined w/ the Grizzlies, Cavs, Suns, Kings, Mavs & Blazers...currently active w/ the Mavs) Reggie Williams - VMI (206 gms combined w/ the Warriors, Bobcats, Thunder, Spurs, & Pelicans)
Also, Chris Clemons (Campbell) is currently on a two-way deal w/ the Rockets and though he has suited up for Houston, he hasn't played in the regular season yet for them. He'll spend a lot of time in the G-League this year under his contract, but can spend up to 45 days w/ the 'Big League' club between now and March 28, so I'd be shocked if he doesn't get at least some time on an NBA court this season when injuries force the Rockets to adjust rotations.
So yeah, Javonte Green is now in some rare company now that he has made two appearances for the Celtics.

The one that comes up is not so active and I remember that not being the case a few years ago. Did most jump ship or is there a new spot?

There's only the one that you seemed to have found, which isn't active at all. There's no current spot that is active, unfortunately...I gave up on my board a few years ago because the numbers kept dwindling each year and I ended up talking to myself most of the time.
