I would LOVE to see the Highs knock off Winthrop on Saturday. This would put them down for us to kick around on Monday night. I know CSU has had a rough start but we seem to always do better as the season progresses. If we can somehow find a way to beat Birmingham on Wendsday and knock off Asheville on Saturday then I would have to say look out. But it will all have to depend on how our mindset is heading into these games.

Right now there is a clear separation between Withrop and the rest of the league. I honestly believe they'll drop a game or two during Big South play. And perhaps if they go as ice old against the Highlanders as we did the othe rnight then anything is possible. But I doubt they post 18% from the floor like us (and somehow we still only lost by ten).

High Point wins 82-62. Shocking, if you consider that Coastal was up 4 at the half. HPU is 5-0 at home 2-1 in the conference. I told you AZ Reid would have a good week. Mitch's boy Leasure hit for 225 on a 8-22 FG (5-15 3pt) shooting night, but had eeek, 7 turnovers.

Fresh, don't give us (CCU grad '03) that much credit. We already lost ot VMI, and gave up a 22-0 run last night.

Wow, it seems like there are more posters from other Big South schools on here than Rowdies. LU, WU, CCU & CSU have all represented.

two good games tonight... the unca @ winthrop game should be very telling of how good winthrop is going to be in conference play. I have a 14 point winthrop victory and BSC winning by 7.
gotta love big south play
