He doesn't even appear to look once for offense. He just rolls up and passes it.

After a terrible first half Radford rebounded strong in the second half and played great TEAM defense and pulled together some offensive rythem.
Time for the grades:
STARTERS
PG AMIR JOHNSON GRADE 4: First the positives. Only had 2 turnovers and Smith (presbys pg) had 5. That is a big stat to win. At this point he can't be counted on to hit a single shot or create for anyone else on the floor. He's not breaking down his opponent and frankly doesn't look to be working that hard.
SG PHILLIP MARTIN GRADE 5: Defensively he really has taken to the SG spot using his size to his advantage although I don't know the 1-3-1 well enough to know if he was at fault for some of the open Presby looks in the first half. I'm also encouraged by the 2-4 from 3.
SF LAZ TRIFONOVIC GRADE 5: Couldn't hit a shot to save his life in the first half tho he constantly created and had clean looks. Do we really want him putting up 3's? Secod half he took over a little bit and also rebounded well. Had several bad turnovers in the second half.
PF JOEY LYNCH-FLOHR GRADE 5: Strong moves offensively and for a second game in a row I don't think he had enough looks. A couple turnovers that I though he could have prevented. Why were we helping on his man down low? I'll take my chances on Joey D'ing up and stay with their guards.
C ART PARAKHOUSKI GRADE 5 - I though he was going to go off on this game but foul trouble in the first half and constant triple teams slowed him down. Got some easy buckets winning the position battles down low. I feel like he should dunk more....the alley oop at the end of the game comes to mind.
BENCH
BLAKE SMITH GRADE 4: How good is this guy at defense? Came in and caused two turnovers right away. Offensively tho he missed a lot of 3's and didn't create a whole lot. I keep waiting for him to just dominate on both ends....he can do it!
EVAN FAULKNER GRADE 6: Provided a spark off the bench and created for his team. 1 stupid turnover comes to mind and he yet again missed the front end of a 1 and 1. Does he know he gets to shoot another if he makes the first? Shot well from 3 and if he continues to make them he will push for more pt.
JAMAL CURRY GRADE N/A: Works his ass of and had a couple nice rebounds.

good stuff, always like the grades & comments
at the end of the 1st half and the majority of the 2nd I think we finally showed some improvement. it looked like our guards finally werent scared to shoot the ball. i love that laz is creating and getting good looks. soon that runner of his is going to start dropping. i love that coach g acknowledged that they still have a lot to work on. i think we can only get better which is bad news for the big south.
