yup, i think youre correct heres an article about Kansas' schedule for 09-10 www.infozine.com/news/stories/op/storiesView/sid/36098/"The Jayhawks’ matchup with Radford Dec. 9 at Allen Fieldhouse will be the first meeting between the two teams. Radford won both the regular-season and conference tournament titles in the Big South in 2008-09 to advance to the NCAA Tournament. The Highlanders fell to eventual national champion North Carolina in the first round."

I'd give up one of your wins for one of your losses. I just hope we can keep some of those games against the big boys competitive. Won't do us any good come bracket time but people do remember when low majors come close against the glam teams, and for some reason that means something to me. I'm also super stoked at the possibility of seeing some games on TV early in the season!

Friday November 13 vs. Navy WIN I was at this game last year. A game we absolutely gave away. This time around we know how to play with our bigs and dominate them in the paint. WIN - By comfortable margin. Tuesday November 17 vs. Lynchburg WIN - Coach calls me in from the stands 3 dimers, 2 turnovers Saturday November 21 @ Duke LOSS - Anything under 15 points would be a moral victory Sunday November 29 @ Duquesne WIN - First game that shows Radford is serious about getting better than a 16 seed this year. Wednesday December 9 @ Kansas LOSS - Kansas is absolutely loaded...can't wait to see how we react. Sunday December 13 vs. Roanoke WIN - Coach again calls my number...4 turnovers, dagger. Saturday December 19 @ James Madison WIN - JMU is a solid squad - We pull it out late. Tuesday December 22 vs. William & Mary WIN - I remember the game in 03' WHF went off on these guys. Sunday December 27 @ Louisville Loss - We're used to playing the big boys by now. Wednesday December 30 vs. George Mason LOSS - I'd love for us to pull this out....Class of the CAA....Should be a sell out crowd. Saturday February 20 vs. Bracket Buster TBA...

Friday November 13 vs. Navy- WIN- I say win by 8+
Tuesday November 17 vs. Lynchburg- WIN -its going to be a blowout.
Saturday November 21 @ Duke- LOSS- Plumees, Singler, Scheyer- way to strong- plus I think Duke has a long, long non conference home winning streak. PS. Brad, please give me a ticket
Sunday November 29 @ Duquesne- LOSS- if we get Amir back I say we win.
Wednesday December 9 @ Kansas-LOSS- Most likely KU will in it all. I want to see Art vs. Aldrich. PS. Brad, please give me a ticket.
Sunday December 13 vs. Roanoke- WIN- blow out.
Saturday December 19 @ James Madison- LOSS- they are suppose to be contend for the CAA. A win will help our chances of something better than a 16 seed.
Tuesday December 22 vs. William & Mary- WIN- I am coming back to Radford from break to watch this
Sunday December 27 @ Louisville- LOSS- Rick Petino is a monster coach. PS. Brad, you're a better coach and should give me a ticket.
Wednesday December 30 vs. George Mason- LOSS- an upset would be awesome. I am def coming back from break to watch this game.
Bracket Buster- if we want anything but a 16 seed, it's a MUST win game

Friday November 13 vs. Navy- WIN, first game for the freshmen, so we could easily blow this one
Tuesday November 17 vs. Lynchburg- WIN, blowout
Saturday November 21 @ Duke- LOSS, I hope im there, good experience builder, would love to keep it under 20
Sunday November 29 @ Duquesne- WIN, we hung w/ Duquesne last year till Aaron Jackson went off on us.....Jackson is gone, I think we have a good chance
Wednesday December 9 @ Kansas- LOSS, probably the best team in the country, hopefully Art can show he can hold his own against Cole Aldrich and improve his draft status
Sunday December 13 vs. Roanoke- WIN, blowout
Saturday December 19 @ James Madison-WIN, we shouldve won this game last year, they lost a couple seniors including their leading scorer, they dont have anyone who can hang w/ Art, I like our chances
Tuesday December 22 vs. William & Mary-WIN, another game we shouldve won last year, we have them at home and it will be time for revenge
Sunday December 27 @ Louisville-LOSS, our swagger would have to be on a hundred, thousand, trillion to pull this off. out of the 3 (duke, kansas, louisville), i think this would be our best chance to pull an upset.
Wednesday December 30 vs. George Mason-LOSS, for some reason we can never beat Mason, I have a feeling we blow this game, but hopefully we can finally get over that hump
I'd definitely be happy w/ a 6-4 start (4-4 D1 record) including wins over an A-10 team and a couple CAA teams.

So with the full schedule officially out, any thoughts? Below I put last years RPI w/ everyone on our schedule. When you look at it that way, IMO it says in non-conf play we should definitely go at least 5-5 or 3-5 vs. D1 I also think its interesting that we play winthrop so early, then we dont play them again till the last game of the season. I see winthrop as a preseason #2 or #3, could it be the Big South is trying to protect the better teams by getting that game out of the way early in the year? www.realtimerpi.com/rpi_Men.htmlRadford (132) Duke (1) Louisville (4) Kansas (11) George Mason (51) Duquesne (75) James Madison (138) Navy (167) William & Mary (245) Lynchburg (Non-D1) Roanoke (Non-D1) VMI (128) Liberty (151) UNCA (200) Presby (215) Gardner Webb (218) Winthrop (256) Coastal Carolina (303) High Point (324) Charleston So. (325)
